If 1 meat: figure 4 oz. per person for sandwiches, 8 oz. for dinner portion. 2 or more meats: figure 5-6 oz. of each meat per person. Sides: (based on 4 oz. serving size) if ordering more than 1 side they go a little farther. Always round up so you don’t run out!
